Mitzvahs - What and Why?

An interactive, hands-on workshop focused on coming of age, responsibility, and mitzvot—blending high-quality team-building games inspired by the Jewish calendar and current events. The workshop features a variety of activities, challenges, puzzles, and meaningful discussions for both parents and girls.

Together, we’ll explore key concepts, values, and traditions from Jewish culture relevant to the Bat Mitzvah experience. We’ll discover how team-building games connect to this special stage, and reflect on what’s still relevant and interesting to us today.

We’ll talk about the different circles of life, the transition from childhood to adolescence, and what this new stage offers us as young women. Together, we’ll consider what a mitzvah truly is, its meaning, and whether—and how—it matters in our lives today.
