Team Building workshops for companies and teams

About myself...

Some people express themselves with a paintbrush. Others give voice to their emotions and dreams through words… or music.

And me?

I come alive, find inspiration, and express myself through the most fascinating, mysterious, and captivating thing life has to offer: people.

Working with individuals and groups allows me to channel over 25 years of experience—hundreds of hours leading activities, workshops, seminars, group facilitation, training, and program management at summer camps in the US, community development, HR screening, volunteering with nonprofits, and more.

These years have equipped me with a rich reservoir of unique content, methods, and activities.

There is nothing more enjoyable or fulfilling for me than sharing this diversity with you.

Through my workshops, meetings, and content, I create a personal, authentic, and meaningful connection with a wide range of people and groups. My experience enables me to tailor each session to the unique needs of every group—and even to improvise and adapt activities in real time, responding to the evolving dynamics of each encounter.

I look forward to stepping outside the everyday routine with you, sharing my passion for people and group work, opening ourselves to new experiences, and embarking together on a short but meaningful journey of growth and connection—as a group, and as individuals.

Yours,
Inbal Briskin-Perry
